We welcome children, youth, adults, and families, and offer a variety of approaches to support your individual needs.

Getting Started

New Clients If you’re new to RenHaven Therapy, we recommend booking a free 20-minute consultation to connect with a therapist, ask questions, and explore whether it feels like the right fit. You’re also welcome to book an Intake Appointment if you’re ready to begin therapy.

Returning Clients Welcome back! You can schedule your next appointment directly through the online booking portal. If you have any questions or need assistance finding the right appointment type, we’re happy to help.

I have been blessed to be a teacher for over 15 years and in that time have learned just how powerful our stories are in shaping who we are and how we experience the world. That understanding is what led me to counselling, as I wanted to create a space where people of all ages could feel safe to share their own stories and be truly heard.

As a counsellor, I feel deeply privileged to walk alongside my clients. I take a relationship-first approach, because I believe healing and growth happen through connection. My work is rooted in a humanistic perspective: I believe that we all carry wisdom and strength within us. My role is to listen, to hold space with care and empathy, and to support. Whether I am supporting a child, youth, or adult, my goal is always to honour their unique story and to provide a space where they feel seen, valued, and understood. Outside of counselling, I am a mother of two boys who inspire me daily to see the world with curiosity and compassion. I love cooking, getting lost in a good book, and being outdoors with my animals, where I feel most at peace.
